Maintaining a high standard of quality is important due to reasons of customer retention to our company. The quality of our service, compliance with the IFS and HACCP system as well as the error minimization in all areas is therefore the central idea of our philosophy. The staff and management have made it their mission to always fulfill the individual requirements of our customers to their complete satisfaction. Employee awareness about the responsibility in dealing with our customers' goods must be clearly trained.

A fast and efficient service handling and error-free deliveries
All employees of Arnold Koch Jr. indenture to implement the defined rules. Every employee must not only know its duties and powers, but also the following rules and procedures:
The employee must proceed in accordance with the relevant work instructions
The employee has to know his CP's and CCP's and implement incidents according to the basic knowledge
The employee has to report risks / incidents (CP's) immediately to his superior
The employee has to know the quality policy, business principles and the basic knowledge
We want to achieve the following objectives:
1. Support our customers with service
2. Cleanliness and tidiness in the camps as well as compliance with the IFS standards
3. The achievement of economic goals through careful management of the invested capital and
energy (pallet exchange, indoor light, films, etc.), furthermore avoiding empty runs.
